María-José Juárez Rodríguez
a Learning Experience Designer and Innovation Facilitator based in Copenhagen, with 10+ years building public and civic innovation programs across Europe and Latin America. She spent 6 years as Senior Program Lead at the Hasso-Plattner Institute School of Design Thinking in Potsdam, where she directed innovation programs across 11 semesters. She works at the intersection of human-centered design, impact measurement, and policy innovation, helping organizations turn ideas into measurable change. She holds an M.A. in Public Policy from the Hertie School of Governance (Berlin) and is fluent in Spanish, English, and German, with Danish actively in progress.
